Title: Change Management Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC -Hybrid
Duration: 6 months CTH
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and change activities.
- Coordinate and track project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor change events within enterprise change management platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners to drive project execution.
- Track project risks, issues, action items, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with governance, policies, procedures, and change management standards.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide ongoing project support.
- Support implementation efforts and help drive successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a PMO, Project Control Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting Change Management or Enterprise Change Management initiatives.
- Strong experience with project coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, SharePoint, or similar tools).
