BP Land Services & Irrigation LLC is seeking a dependable Seasonal Field Assistant to work alongside our licensed irrigator during our busy season.
This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with irrigation installation and repair, landscaping projects, property maintenance, and other field work throughout East Texas.
Position includes:
- Irrigation installation, repair, troubleshooting, and reroutes
- Digging, trenching, and working with PVC pipe, valves and sprinkler components
- Landscaping and property improvement projects
- Loading/unloading tools and materials
- Operating or learning to operate landscaping and light construction equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites
Previous irrigation, landscaping, construction, plumbing, agricultural, or equipment experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, works hard, follows instructions, and wants to learn.
Applicants must be willing and able to perform physically demanding work outdoors, including working in East Texas summer heat.
Pay: $16–$20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday; hours may vary based on workload and weather.
Duration: Seasonal position through approximately November 2026 .
Potential for continued employment may be available based on workload, performance, reliability, and business needs.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
