Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic applications, and nail extensions with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Apply advanced techniques such as nail art using color theory principles to create customized designs that delight clients.
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, or accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Keep the work area clean and organized while following all health regulations related to sanitation and disinfection procedures.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as a Licensed Nail Technician in accordance with state or local regulations.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
