Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fire and Water Damage Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish. Duties
- Lead and supervise restoration projects involving fire and water damage, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including safety protocols, equipment usage, and material logistics.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, hospitality standards, and management best practices.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in restoration or janitorial services with a strong management background.
- WRT/ASD Preferred
- Industry experience is a MUST.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
