The Views at Sunset Ridge is a family-owned, fully all-inclusive wedding venue on 200 mountain acres just outside Chattanooga. Venue, catering, florals, planning, and coordination are all handled in-house by our own team. We've hosted around 50 weddings a year for the past decade, backed by 250+ five-star reviews. This isn't a high-pressure sales job, your job is to walk couples through what's true, at their pace.
Job Overview
We are looking for someone who loves people and weddings! Seeking a Wedding Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, competitive, and love developing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Give in-person tours of the venue, walking couples through the space, the packages, and what's included
- Answer inquiries by phone, email, and through our CRM (Dubsado) and follow up with leads consistently
- Present pricing and packages honestly and clearly, no pressure, no upsell tactics
- Guide couples from first inquiry to signed contract
- Keep client records and follow-up notes organized and current
- Work closely with our venue manager and ownership to keep the booking pipeline moving
What We're Looking For
- Someone warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely good with people, this is a relationship business first
- Sales or customer service experience (venue, hospitality, or event industry a plus, not required)
- Comfortable speaking to groups and giving presentations/tours
- Organized, responsive, and reliable with follow-up, comfortable using a CRM (we'll train on Dubsado)
- Available weekends, tours and walkthroughs happen when couples are off work
- Someone who reads a room, including knowing when a couple isn't the right fit for us and being honest about that
- Experience in Social Media/ Content Creation ++
