Position Overview
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will generate new business by promoting Lock House Escape Room to local companies, schools, organizations, and community groups. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential.
We provide professional sales training, marketing materials, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.
You'll focus on booking:
- Corporate team-building events
- Employee appreciation outings
- Company holiday parties
- Birthday parties (kids, teens, and adults)
- School field trips
- Youth organizations
- Church groups
- Sports teams
- Fundraisers
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties
- Family reunions
- Private group events
Responsibilities
- Prospect new businesses and organizations.
- Build relationships with HR managers, office managers, business owners, school administrators, coaches, event planners, and community leaders.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community events.
- Present Lock House Escape Room's group experiences and event packages.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Lock House team to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Commission Structure
- Competitive commission on every qualified group event booked.
- Earn commissions on corporate events, birthday parties, private parties, and group reservations you generate.
- Repeat clients remain assigned to you, allowing you to earn commissions on future qualifying bookings from your accounts.*
Performance Bonuses
- Monthly bonus for reaching sales goals.
- Quarterly bonus opportunities for top performers.
- Additional incentives for securing new corporate partnerships and recurring business accounts.
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is based entirely on your performance.
