Hopeful Mind Mental Health is a growing outpatient practice committed to thoughtful, client‑centered care. Our team currently includes three psychiatric nurse practitioners, and we are actively seeking a therapist to assume an existing caseload and support our expanding patient community. We’ve built an operational system that minimizes administrative burden so clinicians can focus on meaningful, high‑quality clinical work. The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) to provide psychotherapy services to adult clients. This is a full‑time fee‑for‑service position with the expectation of maintaining a minimum caseload of 20-25 clients per week. You’ll be joining a supportive team while maintaining autonomy over your schedule and clinical approach. Compensation is $60–$65 per completed 90837 one‑hour therapy session.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient therapy with strong clinical skill, using evidence‑based approaches and sound clinical judgment
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in our EMR
- Participate in occasional team collaboration and check‑ins
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of clinical care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted license in New Hampshire or Massachusetts
- Eligibility for insurance credentialing (we handle the process)
- Experience working with adult populations in a clinical setting
- Strong time management and communication skills
