- Arrives on time for work and stay until shift completion
- Ensures to greet all customers with a smile
- Takes accurate food orders from guests in a fast and timely manner
- Follow all established procedures and policies
- Housekeeping duties to keep the facility and equipment clean and inviting
- Meet targets & goals to ensure the service demand that is constantly changing
- Ensures items are well stocked
- Gives genuine attention to every guest, treating them with genuine friendliness and care
- Ensures fast and timely food service to guests, adhering to McDonald’s food safety guidelines
- Ensures to follow all McDonald’s safety and security procedures
