Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, manage warehouse inventory, and support seamless logistics operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain our high standards for quality and delivery performance.
Duties
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, and labeling orders accurately for shipment or delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, to load and unload materials safely
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 Rev D policies and procedures, and ITAR compliance requirements
- Assist with packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit for domestic and shipments
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and managing order fulfillment workflows
- Backup waterjet operations as needed
Skills
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and inventory control procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and documentation
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members across shipping & receiving functions

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
