Fairview Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to join our close-knit Title I school community for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned to state standards -Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported -Maintain high expectations for student learning and behavior -Actively participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to analyze student data, set goals, and refine instruction -Collaborate with colleagues, interventionists, and support staff through the RTI process to ensure targeted support for all learners -Use assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student progress -Communicate effectively with families to build strong home-school partnerships -Contribute positively to the school culture and community -Willingness to dedicate yourself to our school’s 5 Collective Commitments: *We will teach the power standards, make sure those standards are being assessed, differentiated, and documented at each grade level. We will use data and student needs (interventions and enrichments) to guide our decisions. *We will recognize and celebrate students and staff for the positive qualities they bring to our classrooms and school community.
