The Clinical Cellular Biomarkers (C2B) group in the Operations, Diagnostics, and Technology (ODT) organization within the Translational Medicine (TM) department in gRED is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and collaborative Scientist 2 to support clinical development efforts. As a Scientist 2, you will provide critical translational science expertise to inform clinical development, identifying insights that advance personalized healthcare, ensuring the right therapeutic reaches the right patient at the right dose.
In this role, you will spearhead the design, validation, and execution of high-parameter clinical flow cytometry biomarker assays. Furthermore, you will apply your scientific knowledge in immunology and oncology to evaluate generated datasets and address key biomarker inquiries by utilizing analytical platforms, programming, and AI-enabled tools.
In this role, you will independently design, optimize, and validate complex, high-parameter flow cytometry biomarker assays supporting one or more molecules and indications in the non-oncology and oncology indications. You will oversee and manage the outsourcing of flow cytometry assays to Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring high-quality assay transfer, validation, and data delivery. You will be responsible for key analysis of the deployed assays and expected to perform various computational analysis and visualizations to extrapolate key biological insights. You will regularly present these findings to laboratory groups and broader study teams. You will continuously partner and collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, biomarker scientists, study teams, and external research partners to align cytometry strategies with study goals. In addition to supporting key molecules, you will additionally support prioritized translational research projects.
