The Role
We're looking for a PA to oversee patient care, manage treatment protocols, and support daily clinical operations at our HBOT center. This is a full-time, in-person position.
What You'll Do
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments prior to hyperbaric treatments
- Develop and manage individualized HBOT treatment plans under physician oversight
- Monitor patients during hyperbaric sessions and manage any complications
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and safety
- Collaborate with the medical director on clinical protocols and quality standards
- Oversee HBOT technicians and support staff
What We're Looking For
- Current PA license in the State of California
- NCCPA board certification
- Experience in emergency medicine, wound care, sports medicine, or wellness preferred
- Interest in hyperbaric medicine (HBOT experience is a plus, not required — we'll train)
- Strong patient communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team
Compensation
- $115,000 - $125,000/year depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Ground-floor role with growth potential as we expand to additional locations
Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
