Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor team performance to maintain high standards of customer service
- Oversee food service operations, including serving, food handling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure all guests leave satisfied and eager to return
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and delivery during busy service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in accordance with health standards
- Support catering events or banquet services as needed, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Familiarity with shift management, kitchen operations, and hospitality industry standards
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with dietary requirements is advantageous
- Previous barista or coffee experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
