Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those requiring early intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Childcare or daycare settings
- Tutoring or private school environments
- Early childhood education programs
- Toddler care or preschool settings
- Experience working with children of various ages
