Pearl Market & Carmella’s are hiring experienced part-time servers to join our hospitality-driven team as we gear up for a high-volume patio season. This role is primarily full service, with cross-training in both concepts for versatility and team strength.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Nights & weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday peak volume)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong understanding of full-service steps of service
- Beer & wine knowledge preferred (we operate a full bottle shop and wine-forward program)
- Ability to maintain calm, clean, and organized execution during high traffic
- Team-first mindset — we share tips across FOH and BOH, and communication matters
Position Details
- Part-time (8–25 hours/week depending on season and performance)
- Compensation: Denver minimum wage + shared team tips
- Cross-trained between Carmella’s full-service dining and the Pearl Market service model
- Exposure to crafted pizza, chef-driven market dishes, prepared foods, and a curated beer & wine selection
- Opportunity for continuous training and development across service, expo, wine knowledge, and hospitality standards

You:
- Move with purpose and maintain service flow without sacrificing hospitality
- Pre-bus, reset, and maintain your section proactively
- Communicate clearly with expo, kitchen, runners, and fellow servers
- Keep the space clean, polished, and guest-ready at all times
- Are consistent, punctual, and aligned with our culture of elevated standards

Sidework Expectations
Standard restaurant sidework including:
- Opening & closing duties
- Polishing glassware & silver
- Resetting sections and the dining room
- Roll-ups
- Maintaining a clean server station, expo line, and service areas
Pay: $25.33 - $30.50 per hour
