The Maintenance Tech - 3rd Shift position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in industrial mechanics, Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in reading schematics, performing maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting industrial equipment. Premium skills such as knowledge of programmable logic controllers, CMMS, and precision measuring instruments are highly valued. Additionally, experience with HVAC systems, welding, and hydraulics is beneficial for this role.
Relevant skills in high voltage, field service, and manufacturing will also be advantageous. The ability to provide excellent customer service, analyze issues effectively, and work well in a team are essential for success in this position. Military experience and industrial electrician background are considered relevant for this role.
Overall, the Maintenance Tech - 3rd Shift role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate in English and potentially Spanish. A high school diploma or GED is required, and strong writing skills are beneficial. The position may involve some level of management oversight or responsibility.
