Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the plant maintenance department by leading technicians, training personnel, administering the eMaintenance CMMS, maintaining spare parts inventory, managing projects, and troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and modifying mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, including PLC, DCS, and multiple control systems.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Attract, retain, develop, and mentor key talent within the maintenance department.
- Work directly with plant leadership and operations to address breakdowns, repairs, and PM scheduling.
- Manage plant and capital projects, including planning, execution, and budget oversight.
- Communicate effectively with plant management, engineering, and operations regarding maintenance and capital needs.
- Build, maintain, and own a complete and accurate spare parts inventory.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure consistent implementation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized maintenance department.
- Ensure strict adherence to LOTO and all safety rules.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of PM and CM work within the CMMS.
- Achieve low levels of unplanned downtime through proactive maintenance and problem solving.
- Own the plant capital list and CAR system.
- Oversee maintenance spending and ensure adherence to budget.
- Lead the team to safely, quickly, and effectively complete tasks with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Perform root cause analyses and apply problem‑solving tools to improve equipment and processes.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Welding/fabrication knowledge preferred.
- CAD experience for mechanical drawings desired.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CMMS work order systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical, piping, and electrical drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, meters, and material‑handling equipment.
- PLC certification and understanding of machine control systems and electrical schematics.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
