Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of buildings and outdoor spaces.
Schedule:
-Monday-Friday
-5:00pm - 9:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
-Window cleaning
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, or related field
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including buffing, floor care, and custodial duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
