SLODOCO – Higuera Location | San Luis Obispo, CA We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Donut Slinger to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and package donuts, beverages, and other menu items Operate the POS/cash register and handle payments accurately Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized Restock products, supplies, and packaging as needed Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Follow daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy Assist team members with other tasks as needed Follow company policies, procedures, and manager instructions Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Strong customer service and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift and carry boxes/supplies when needed Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be a team player and willing to learn Schedule Part-time and/or full-time opportunities available Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed Flexible availability is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips A fun and supportive team environment Employee discounts Opportunities to learn and grow with the company If you are dependable, hardworking, friendly, and love donuts, we would love to meet you!
