Compensation: Up to $125,000/year (Full-Time) | Up to $62,000/year (Part-Time)

Compensation & Caseload Options
We offer transparent, tiered earnings based entirely on your preferred schedule and caseload size:
- Full-Time Track: Up to $125,000 annually (Based on a full-time schedule of 40 client sessions per week).
- Part-Time Track: Up to $62,000 annually (Based on a part-time schedule of 20 client sessions per week).

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking passionate, authentic, and clinically skilled psychotherapists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an integrative approach to therapy and a desire to grow within a heart-centered group practice.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice in New York State (LMHC, or LMFT). Note: We are looking for fully licensed clinicians.
- Experience: Experience in private practice or outpatient settings utilizing evidence-based, holistic, or integrative modalities. (Experience or strong alignment with somatic work, nervous system grounding, or relational dynamics is a beautiful plus).
- Values: Exceptional communication, strong clinical boundaries, reliability, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, trauma-informed individual psychotherapy to an aligned, provided caseload of adults and/or couples.
- Streamlined Documentation: Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation (intakes and progress notes) utilizing our efficient, AI-assisted practice management platforms.
- Caseload & Schedule Management: Autonomously manage your preferred target caseload (20 or 40 sessions per week from our steady stream of referrals) and maintain your self-designed schedule.
- Collaborative Professional Growth: Participate in occasional case consultations and clinical mentorship to continuously elevate your clinical gifts and align with the practice’s holistic standards.
