RoadOne Towing is currently seeking for Customer Service Representative's to join our team. This position will provide customer service duties at one of our San Diego County locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general customer service tasks.
- Assist with the intake and release of stored vehicles.
- Answer customer phone calls.
- Data Entry.
- Forklift (On The Job Training and Certification Provided).
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency with the use of a computer and tasks involving data entry.
- An aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
