Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure efficient water systems, proper drainage, and overall plumbing system integrity while delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain lines, and sewer connections in both residential and commercial properties
- Use plumbing inspection cameras to identify blockages or system issues accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively on various construction sites
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear clogs and restore flow
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing projects precisely
- Conduct plumbing system inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing or upgrading plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning tools, pipe threading machines, and welding techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and blueprint reading for accurate project execution
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing maintenance, repair procedures, and system troubleshooting
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as required
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects
- Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus

Pay: $29.41 - $35.41 per hour
