As our Store Manager, you will lead the operations of a high-volume retail store. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a larger team in a high volume environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This position requires thoughtful leadership both on-the-floor and back-of-house. They are excellent delegators - not afraid to ask the team to step-up for a variety of tasks big and small. The Store Manager supports all store functions and reports to the Director of Retail Operations.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
❏ Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store talent across all areas of the business
❏ Create a productive balance of sales and staffing through employee scheduling, achieving payroll and sales goals
❏ Serve as top liaison between all store and HQ relations and communication through various channels (including daily email recaps, weekly touchbases, and monitoring internal communication)
❏ Collaborate with sales team to provide feedback on product and sales to HQ team to influence allocations and the success of the business❏ Participates in reviews of employee performance, providing feedback and recognition to promote growth and talent retention
❏ Manage bi-weekly payroll reporting and retail scheduling
❏ Implement HART retail and HR guidelines. Enforces Employee Handbook protocols and brand standards (i.e. dress code, conduct, time cards)
❏ Maintains confidentiality and act as a good steward of HART information
SALES
❏ Communicate and demonstrate the HART brand aesthetic to the sales team and customer acting as a brand ambassador
❏ Drive execution of store experience through delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus on quality, engaging with customers, and acting as a “charm therapist”
❏ Execute in-store community events and activations in alignment with HQ direction to foster engagement and support HART mission
❏ Foster a detail oriented environment to inspire team to continuous improvement and sales goal achievement
❏ Provide in the moment coaching to sales team to optimize sales experience and maintain quality interactions and engagement
❏ Act as a mentor and leader on the sales floor (and off!) with positive, inspiring energy
CLIENTELE & OUTREACH
❏ Own our Dallas customer database and drive sales in store through relationship building
❏ Lead in store appointments with VIPs (including gifting, private events, top customers)
❏ Execute weekly outreach, leading the sales team to support
FRONT-OF-HOUSE
❏ Manage front of house retail operations and store experience
❏ Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, store is always client-ready and tidy
❏ Ensure store maintenance, presentation, cleanliness, and organization
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
❏ Uphold and maintain inventory standards, including team training with initial onboarding and continual training efforts
❏ Train and manage retail team on inventory processes to ensure delegation does not impact quality of work across the team
BACK-OF-HOUSE
❏ Delegates and maintains organization and tidiness of back of house. Support all areas to ensure immaculate workplace standards
❏ Ensuring store supply needs are communicated to HQ in adherence to set guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Genuine enthusiasm for retail, fashion, and jewelry and an outgoing, friendly demeanor. Basic-level jewelry assembly (jump rings, pliers) and an artistic eye for detail and scale. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team focused environment.

REPORTING
The Store Manager reports directly to the Director of Retail Operations. Assistant Store Manager, Key Holders and Sales Associates report to the Store Manager.
This full-time salaried position includes required availability to work a flexible work schedule (days, evenings, weekends, & holidays as required to meet the needs of the business). Occasional after-hours plus travel as needed.
