Boulevard Dental (Formerly Dulvick Dentistry) is a single-doctor practice (Dr. Nicole Saldua, @dr.saldua on instagram) in Chandler, Arizona, built on the idea that dentistry should be both compassionate and comprehensive. We're passionate about patient education and helping people feel confident and informed about their care, not just in the chair, but from the moment they walk through our doors (or call us on the phone!).
Dr. Saldua focuses on patient education, prevention, Invisalign aligners, cosmetics, and surgery. She just bought this practice and is in the process of changing over the website (so it's still Dulvick Dentistry).

Job Description:
- Be the first friendly voice and face our patients get to interact with, both in person and on the phone
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date in Dentrix
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and recall to keep the doctor's column full and the day running smoothly
- Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage to patients, and handle claims and billing questions
- Treatment planning and presentations
- Accurately post payments, manage patient accounts, and coordinate with our billing processes
- Work closely with our clinical team to keep communication seamless between the front and back office
- Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks in :)
What We're Looking For
- Dental insurance experience. Comfortable verifying benefits, explaining coverage/EOBs, and handling claims
- Dentrix experience required You should be comfortable navigating scheduling, ledgers, and patient records
- Confident and friendly on the phone. And can handle a busy phone line
- A genuine team player who communicates well
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior front office experience in a dental practice (preferred)
- A positive, patient-first attitude that fits our office culture
