Dale Plumbing Services is a growing, customer-focused plumbing and heating company serving homeowners north of the Boston area. We specialize in residential service, hydronic heating systems, water heaters, gas piping, remodeling, and high-quality plumbing installations.
We're looking for a licensed plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and believes customer service is just as important as technical ability. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and heating systems
- Service and install boilers, water heaters, tankless systems, and hydronic heating equipment
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, water piping, drain systems, and gas piping
- Perform system troubleshooting with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Prepare estimates and present repair options to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
- Represent Dale Plumbing Services with professionalism and integrity
What we don't do:
- Drain cleaning
- Air conditioning
- Forced air systems
- Commercial projects
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential plumbing and hydronic heating systems preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $30.00/hour(reviewed after a successful 30-day training period)
- 4% commission on sold work
- $2,000 sign-on bonus after six months of successful employment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
