Infant Lead Teacher – Montessori School (Rocklin, CA)
We are seeking a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our Montessori school in Rocklin. This role is responsible for leading the infant classroom, managing 3 staff members, and partnering with parents to ensure a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.
Pay: $22 – $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- 12+ ECE units (infant/toddler coursework required)
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
- Montessori Infant/Toddler training a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the infant classroom (up to 12 children)
- Supervise and guide 3 assistant teachers
- Maintain parent correspondence and build positive relationships
- Implement Montessori philosophy in daily routines and care
