<Responsibilities>

- Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other foundational skills through interactive teaching methods.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to foster a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs—including special education and early intervention—and support child welfare.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, including documentation for standardized testing and assessments.
- Supervise assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high-quality childcare standards.
