As an ARD Facilitator specializing in special education, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students and educators for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity, located near Schertz, TX, offers the chance to make a direct impact as you guide ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Bring:
- A valid Texas Special Education Certification K-12
- Prior experience as an ARD Facilitator within school settings
- Strong understanding of special education law, ARD processes, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and commit to a consistent 37.5-hour work week August 2026 through May 2027
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate ARD meetings, ensuring documentation accuracy and legal compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date student records and track progress
