Eastern Surfaces is a leader in providing fine custom countertops to our customers throughout eastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for a reliable, professional Reception & Showroom Coordinator. You are the first person our customers see and hear. We need someone who can manage a front desk with composure, handle a multi-line phone system, and keep our showroom operations running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced environment. You won’t be watching the clock; you’ll be juggling customer greetings, payment processing, and supporting daily operations across multiple departments.
Schedule & Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

When you work a Saturday, you will receive equivalent time off during the week to maintain a standard 40-hour schedule.
Daily Responsibilities

Greet showroom visitors and ensure they are connected with the right department.

Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take accurate messages.

Process customer payments, manage daily mail, and handle general inquiries.

Coordinate with sales, shop, and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Keep the reception area organized and professional for clients.
Qualifications

Previous customer service or administrative experience is required.

As the first point of contact, consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A professional, helpful attitude with the ability to handle a busy environment.
Pay & Benefits

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour based on experience.
