What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional, kid-friendly patient experience alongside our doctors
- Assist with pediatric dental procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Take radiographs and support preventive care (sealants, coronal polishing)
- Help guide patients and parents through appointments with clarity and kindness
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and a clean, prepared operatory
- Support teammates—because we win as a team
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Tennessee
- Strong communication skills with both kids and adults
- Positive attitude and a true team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a busy environment
- Pediatric experience is a plus—but we will train the right person who aligns with our culture

- Coronal Polishing
- Radiology
