We are seeking a dynamic and driven Cannabis Sales/Operations Manager to lead our sales initiatives and streamline operational processes within the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. Duties
- Cultivate new business opportunities via outside sales efforts, including direct outreach, networking events, and industry conferences
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Oversee daily operations related to inventory management, compliance adherence, and process improvements
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting client relationships

Pay: $52,273.89 - $62,953.50 per year
