We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of various strains, products, and their effects to educate customers effectively.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist with stock management organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and educate customers on their uses.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding cannabis sales and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential.
