This dynamic hybrid role, Donor Ambassador, Program Support , blends meaningful donor engagement with impactful ambassador program support. Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week are dedicated to building and strengthening donor relationships through direct outreach and stewardship, while 15 to 20 hours focus on supporting ambassador program operations, analyzing performance insights, and coordinating Donor Advancement initiatives. This balance may evolve to meet the changing needs and priorities of the program.

Your Impact:
Donor Relationship Management
- Using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 donors.
- Provide additional coverage support, including stewardship and cultivation outreach, when other DAs are on leave, or there’s a staffing gap
- Identify the needs of high-value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
- Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the client team as appropriate.
- Fulfill outreach expectations by responding to all donor communications within the expected timeframe, and complete weekly stewardship and cultivation assignments by established due dates.
- Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds; leverage understanding of donor data and moves management to build relationships with portfolio of donors.
- Track engagement, progress, donor preferences, etc. by accurately documenting and recording data and tasks, while utilizing proprietary donor tracking software.
- Participate in client calls and quarterly job training.
- Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as-needed basis.
- Complete quality control checks and extract data from outreach tools to be used in reporting
- by the manager.
Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor relationship management.

Program Support
- Serve as a peer resource for the ambassador team, providing guidance and support
- Support ambassador team meetings by managing the schedule, compiling agendas, and developing content for discussion, training, or subject-matter topics.
- Review cultivation guides with Ambassador team members, field questions, and ensure ambassadors understand and apply quarterly strategy in their outreach and messaging
- Review narrative and weekly interactions reports to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities, and elevate findings to account management and operations team
- Monitor Salesforce cases and serve as a liaison to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Help surface ambassador performance insights and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with leadership
- Support the client-specific training of new Ambassadors
- Act as a point of coordination for internal questions, ensuring responses are addressed and shared, including escalating IT support resolution.

Your Profile:
- Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience with donor CRM tools such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, etc. preferred
- Experience within the fundraising, sales, or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience desired
- Non-profit experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively, support peers, navigate diverse perspectives, and drive successful outcomes through teamwork and partnership
- Committed to providing professional, high-quality customer service to the donor community and non-profit partners
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively across dual responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
