Hours
- 4:00 pm–6:00 pm on Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursday
- 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Wednesdays
- 2:00 pm-6:00 pm on Fridays
Scope
Part time, 13-14 hours per week from September through June.
General Job Summary
The After School Care (ASC) Team Member supports the After School Program as part of a two-person team and implements the existing program practices. This includes setting up and maintaining the physical classroom environment, supervising children, and managing behaviors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- General supervision and engagement of children.
- Support the classroom by providing structure, organization, behavior management and community building activities.
- Maintain attendance records for all students in the ASC program.
- Communicate with faculty, staff, and parents daily.
- Coordinate with after school Club Leaders.
- Coordinate outdoor activities (weather allowing).
- Manage the distribution of afternoon snacks.
- Efficiently manage the pickup of students with their parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized physical space.
- Lock building and set the security alarm before leaving each day.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Certifications:
CPR/AED/ First Aid Preferred (Training will be provided)
Experience
- 1-2 years related experience or training.
- Experience working with children and families.
