WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
This is a full-cycle, outside sales role. You work outdoors, you own your territory, and you run your pipeline like a business owner. There is no ceiling on what you can earn. There is no boss standing over your shoulder. There is no clock to punch.
Here is what your day looks like when you're winning:
You start your morning by reviewing your pipeline -- leads you've generated, inspections you've scheduled, contracts you're close to closing. You head out into the field, knock on doors in storm-impacted neighborhoods, and start conversations with homeowners who genuinely need help but don't know where to turn. You climb on a roof, document the damage, and then sit across from a homeowner at their kitchen table and walk them through exactly what happened to their home and exactly how we fix it. You pull out your phone, build a professional estimate on the spot, and close the deal before you leave the driveway.
Then you do it again.
Your specific responsibilities include:
- Canvassing targeted neighborhoods and generating your own leads through door-knocking, referrals, and local networking
- Conducting on-site roof inspections and documenting storm, wind, and hail damage with professional-grade photo documentation
- Guiding homeowners through the insurance property claim process from first contact to final approval
- Building and presenting branded, professional estimates using our custom mobile platform -- right on the spot, right at the door
- Closing contracts digitally with our 1-click signing system so deals are locked in before you leave the property
- Managing your customer relationships from signed contract through completed project, ensuring a world-class experience every step of the way
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We will train you on roofing. We will train you on inspections. We will train you on the insurance claim process. We cannot train you to have a competitive fire. That part has to already be in you.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder

- The self-discipline to manage your own schedule, set your own daily activity targets, and hold yourself accountable
Roofing experience is not required. Sales experience is not required. The right attitude and the willingness to execute the system we provide are the only requirements that actually matter.
