Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, privacy, and security measures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred; industrial cleaning or custodial experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Effective communication skills to respond courteously to guest requests
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
