We are a moving & storage company with an emphasis on warehouse receiving for consolidation projects. We are seeking an assertive candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and some accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate can handle administrative tasks & coordinate the designer account program.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily Deposits
- Inventory Management
- Data Entry (MoversSuite, FileMaker, Atlas.net)
- Filing & Office Organization
- Assist Accounting Manager w/AP & A/R
- Assist General Manager with scheduling
- Answer phones, sort mail & emails
- Draft Designer contracts, enter POs and maintain organized files
- Receive and log new inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong computer skills
- Strong data entry skills, without error
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Salary
- $40,000+/year based on experience
