MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sourcing, attracting and recruiting candidates
· Post and update job ads
· Advertise position openings (e.g. social media, job boards and career pages)
· Coordination of recruitment for temporary employee staffing
· Schedule and conduct entry level hourly interviews
· Candidate assessment and onboarding paperwork
· Schedule Pre-employment physical & drug screen
· Creates materials and facilitates new employee orientation
· Employee relations
· Maintains employee records (Temp)
· Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
· Assist other HR department personnel as needed
· Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic computer skills including Windows operating system, word processors, and spreadsheets
· Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
· Excellent verbal and communications skills
· BS Degree in business, HR, or related field
· Detail oriented and able to multitask
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers on department needs
· Identify future hiring needs
· Asses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience
· Regular use of different HR software and data entry
· The employee is occasionally required to operate a motor vehicle for company purposes
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
