To qualify for this position, candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, have completed an accredited residency in Family Medicine or General Practice, and possess a current, unrestricted state medical license. A minimum of two years of post-residency clinical experience in a general practice or family medicine setting is required, demonstrating effective patient management. Essential skills include deep knowledge of primary care principles, proficiency in EHR systems, outstanding communication, and expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive medicine. Board Certification is preferred.
