Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization while minimizing wait times.
- Maintain organized guest lists and reservation logs to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
- Assist with guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
- Support food service staff by ensuring tables are prepared and ready for new guests, adhering to food safety standards.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic skills for managing seating counts and reservation schedules accurately.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, along with serving or guest relations background.
