Want to earn real money working outdoors with a fast-growing company? EverLights is hiring motivated, coachable people in Reno to canvas neighborhoods and set appointments with homeowners interested in our permanent lighting systems. No experience required — we train you. If you have grit, a personal vehicle, and strong people skills, we'll teach you the rest.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- Daily target: $300+ per day
- Weekly average: $1,950+ per week
- UNCAPPED EARNINGS
- Training bonus: $500/week during your first month
- Pay structure: Performance-based — the harder you work, the more you make
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Canvas targeted neighborhoods across Reno and engage homeowners at the door
- Introduce the EverLights permanent lighting system and book appointments for our sales team
- Represent the EverLights brand professionally in every conversation
- Show up on time, follow your training, and hit daily appointment goals
- Communicate with your team lead and office throughout the day
A TYPICAL DAY
You'll start your morning at our Reno Office for a brief team huddle and game plan, then head out to your assigned neighborhood. Expect to be on your feet for several hours a day going door to door, having quick, friendly conversations with homeowners, and setting qualified appointments. You'll check in with your team lead throughout the day and wrap before sunset.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Local to Reno
- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to homeowners at the door
- Coachable, with grit and a strong work ethic
- Physically able to be on your feet for several hours a day canvassing neighborhoods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather
- 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have:
- Background in sales, customer service, or door-to-door work
- Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or appointment setting
- Comfort with rejection and a competitive drive
