Lead, coach, and develop 4-5 Crew Leaders and their teams to achieve project goals

Manage the weekly production schedule and prepare daily work plans in advance

Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and staffing to ensure smooth operations

Conduct daily safety and quality inspections on jobsites

Monitor labor hours, productivity, and job progress to ensure efficiency

Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving at jobsites

Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Trello, Aspire, photos, and job notes

Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, jobsite issues, material needs, and project progress

Complete final quality inspections and ensure projects are properly documented for turnover

Maintain organized trucks, trailers, and equipment

Develop Crew Leaders through regular coaching and documented one-on-one meetings every two weeks

Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter season

Experience in one or more of the following areas: hardscaping, residential construction, drainage, grading, excavation, landscape installation, plant enhancement, low-voltage landscape lighting, mini excavator and skid-steer operation, truck and trailer operation, snow and ice removal

Previous experience leading crews or managing field production is strongly preferred
