Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Buss tables and ensure dining areas are tidy and welcoming for guests.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while preparing and handling food.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service fast food environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic sales skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of culinary practices is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to follow sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
