Job Title: CNC Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Gastonia, NC
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Must be available to work Fridays as needed
Pay $15- $19
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work overtime when required.
Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
*
Load and unload materials into machines
*
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
*
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
*
Read and follow work orders and blueprints
*
Maintain a clean and organized work area
*
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
*
Previous machine operator experience required (CNC experience preferred)
*
Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
*
Dependable with good attendance
*
Must be open to working overtime on Fridays
