Entry-Level Staff Accountant
Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum 1+ year experience in public accounting firm
- Word, Excel, Quick Books and Computer skills
- Be in both written and spoken English and Korean
- Be accountable with attention to details
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Great team player
- Effective time management skills
- Willing to work overtime during busy tax season and as needed throughout the year
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to think outside the box for effective problem-solving skills
- Be able to work through fast paced workflow without sacrificing accuracy
Job descriptions:
· Detail and compliant payroll processing on time for multiple states
· file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns for multiple states
· Solve payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans
· Follow up on government notices & find necessary resolution
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Bookkeeping Data Entry-Monthly bank and credit card transaction
· Monthly Reconciliations
