We are seeking an experienced Wildlife Technician to work in Long Island, NY. This position is ideal for a professional who excels in the field, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service while supporting the success of the team. Experience in home improvements and contracting is a plus for this position and counts as experience to qualify for the job.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial wildlife control services
- Handle complex and advanced wildlife issues
- Serve as a Lead Technician, setting standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Educate customers and provide clear recommendations and solutions
- Accurately document services, treatments, and findings
- Ensure compliance with NYS regulations and company procedures
- Identify additional service needs and opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional wildlife control experience
- Valid NYS Wildlife Control License (recommended)
- Strong knowledge of wildlife pressures specific to Long Island
- Ability to work independently and make confident field decisions
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile technology for service documentation
