Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal to maintain water clarity and hygiene.
- Conduct routine inspections of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to identify issues early.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools.
- Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure proper water quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, repairs, and maintenance activities for each pool.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach multiple job sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service updates or concerns to foster positive relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations with a strong understanding of pool chemistry balancing.
- Mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems, equipment troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and effectively while following all safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle responsibly.
- Knowledge of water treatment chemical handling procedures and pool chemistry standards is highly preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
