Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing your team effectively while adhering to safety regulations and project specifications.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards in all aspects of construction.
- Understand compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular meetings with the crew to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with cpnstruction managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes related to construction projects.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining safety on-site.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
