Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy with experience in various settings including pediatrics, outpatient clinics, and inpatient hospital care. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans to help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
- Provide support for home community care initiatives when applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience in physical therapy with a focus on pediatrics or outpatient settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation systems is essential.
- Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Experience working in both clinic and hospital environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $85.00 - $130.00 per hour
