Middle River Regional Jail is currently accepting applications for full-time RN positions. Applicants must be willing to work in a secure environment providing medical services to inmates. RNs will be responsible for inmate intake health screenings, medical evaluations, sick call, infirmary duties, and medication administration.
A benefit package includes a salary commiserate with experience, VRS retirement, vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, and health insurance.
Applicants must possess and maintain a valid unrestricted Virginia State Board of Nursing License and be able to pass a criminal history check.
If new graduate and not yet licensed, NCLEX RN Exam must be taken within 60 days.
